Q: How will I receive my Pack(s) after purchase?

After your purchase, you will immediately be emailed the download link for the product(s) you purchased. Please check your email inbox as well as Spam folders.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: These are digital downloads, not physical products. No product is being shipped to you. After your purchase, you will be sent an email with the download link for the respective product you purchased.

Q: Are your products royalty-free?

A: Faircat IXIX Creations are NOT royalty free. Don't hesitate to contact my management at philipp@faircatixix.com if you want to use my products commercially. You can find more Info in the Terms of Service and the EULA of this store.
